Party booking options and prices–

FULL VENUE HIRE!

Full venue hire- £275 Designated party host, max number of guests 50 persons (Inclusive of adults/children/babies) Children need to be supervised by parents at all times, staff hosts are not responsible for supervision of children

Party food packages First 10 children included in venue hire price, additional children charged at £5 per head for party food

Hot option- pizza selection, fruit, vegetables and humous and fairy cakes & popcorn (vegan/DF alternatives available)

Cold option- sandwich/wrap selection, fruit vegetables and fairy cakes & popcorn (vegan/DF alternatives available)

Choice of sandwich fillings & pizza toppings available- please inform us of your preferences. We will need to be informed of any dietary or allergy requirements at time of payment.

15% non refundable payment required for all venue hire reservations- full payment required 2 weeks prior to party date

(Our café will remain open for adults drinks and food orders- please note adult food not included in venue hire cost)

Full venue hire- £225 – Available Monday-Thursday, term time in our after school sessions

(either 3.30pm-5.30pm or 4pm-6pm)

Includes 50 people- adults and children. First 10 children party food included in venue hire price, additional children charged at £5 per head for party food

Smaller parties welcome and bookable by phone, smaller parties will include either the hot or cold food option- price per head £18.00. For each child booked one free adult will be permitted (Maximum guests 16- including adults) Venue will remain open to public for remaining slots.

Customers will be welcome to arrive 15/20 minutes ahead of party start time & welcome to bring decorations and birthday cake!

SEN & Additional needs sessions

We welcome all children with disabilities & special educational needs to all our play sessions and find that our small play town is a calming, fun environment for all children- we will now be offering SEND specific sessions once per week- with the aim of introducing additional sessions at a later date (We are currently working on a weekend/after school session). Holly Sutcliff (Local neurodivergent advocate), will be attending our March sessions to offer some support to our local SEN families visiting.
