Rules of Play

Please follow our simple rules to ensure that our visitors have an enjoyable experience at Little Seaside Town.

  1. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult, aged 18 years and over. Little Seaside Town does not take responsibility for the supervision of any children.
  2. Parents/guardians are responsible for their own, and their child/ren’s behaviour.
  3. Little Seaside Town does not tolerate any offensive, aggressive or abusive language or behaviours. This includes towards other customers and staff members. Guilty persons may be asked to leave, without refund, under management discretion.
  4. No outdoor shoes, food or drink to be taken into the play town area. For hygiene reasons, socks or slippers only to be worn within the play area. Socks can be purchased for a small cost at reception if required.
  5. Only food and drinks purchased at Little Seaside Town can be consumed on the premises, with an exception of weaning babies, an array of seasonal hot and cold food and drinks are on offer.
  6. All play props/toys must remain on site at Little Seaside Town and not removed under any circumstances. Any suspected theft will be reported.
  7. Any damaged toys or props must be reported to Little Seaside Town staff to be assessed for safety/repaired/replaced for customer enjoyment.
  8. Any persons observed intentionally causing damage to props or sets will be asked to leave immediately and expected to pay for any damage made.
  9. Our play town has been designed to be a fun and safe environment for your children’s enjoyment, however if there are any incidents or accidents on site, these must be reported to a staff member to ensure that rigorous health and safety standards are maintained.
  10. We ask that prams and buggies are stored within our designated pram area; this is to prevent overcrowding within the café area. No prams will be permitted in the small-town play area for hygiene reasons.
  11. Little Seaside Town cannot be held liable for any damage or loss to personal belongings during the play sessions.
  12. All tickets are non-refundable, session times can be changed with at least 24 hours notice.
  13. Please take note of signs and notices around the play area and ensure that you are familiar with the 2 fire exits, front and back of building.
